I remember a manga where the MC does not kill some bandits, the usual Isekay "Japan would never" trash... then the bandits went to the village and kidnaped like all the children to sell as slaves, he got to the bandit hideout and saved the children just seconds before one of the bandits "tasted the goods".

That MC´s adventuring partners tore him a new one, left a lot of children with a bit of trauma, saw what could have happen to said kids... and in the end he had to kill even more people (all the bandits).

Why don´t they put more moments like that?... authors have a whole world full of possibly shitty people, so why do they stay with the first ones?... why do they have to keep all of them alive, this one was perfect for killing, let the butler go and now you have a full family of possibly shitty people behind him, even some that agree with the MC (a lot more content or filler if you need it)
I mean this is just the gritty manga version of spiderman's origin story

What's with mangakas and idolizing slavery lol. Are they using such a trope because their readers can not relate to having a normal relationship?

Villager A wants to save the villainess. It's a mobuseka clone but a really solid read.
Damn, lol. I think my brain always remember him actually shagging the waifu in later chapters, so I often forget the earlier stuff. Have it in my bookmarks, didn't read it yet cause the recap video was to "fresh" in my mind and I kinda didn't feel like reading it was worth it till a bunch new chapters show up.
