Nemona already got fucked up by that machine, in the end of ch 4.2 we see that evil dude telling her to get inside, after the previous subject failed. So either the experiment worked on her or she’s dead, or crippled at the very least
There’s also Feil who’s still missing (the mage who regretted her action when they betrayed mc), before getting defeated in the dungeon she met Norn, who gave her a soul stone, i believe that stone somehow saved her, I hope she can reunite with Mc at some point
