The user of this account is Comicdom. If you don't know who he is, look up his name on reddit or look at Comicdom group's comment section.
To summarise, this guy scams readers and uses MTL for his releases.
His MO is that he'll release a bunch of chapters at once, stops for a bit, then ask for donation to continue to pay for his "staff", while I'm 99.99% certain he's working solo (he said it himself).
His other name right now's including "Manga Drama".
