Starting a Scanlation Group

Hi, As the title says I've been wanting to start a Scanlation Group, I have a few series that I would love to see translated as I have tried and suggested them to some groups but everyone has their hands full or the series is not to their tastes.

In terms of Skills I am currently ProofReading the Korean Manhwa "Study Group" with Wack Scans so I can pretty much ProofRead and do Quality checks and manage the group and set schedules.(I can translate from French and Arabic if some groups allow it)

I'm not doing this for money, I just wanted to give it a shot not that I am criticizing Groups that take donations since from what I saw it's not an easy thing to do.

What i'm seeking is people that are willing to be serious about this as I am, not necessarily experienced.

Needing:

-Scanner / RAW provider

-Translator(JP,KR,CN depending on the raws)

-Cleaner

-TypeSetter

After securing these posts I would like to discuss what series to pick up(if you have a series in mind suggest it) and a Group name plus a Discord group and if we should use tumblr or just stick to MangaDex.
