The story's generic but ok, the writing is bad, and the approximate TL doesn't help.

Another generic story where FL solve things easily and pamper the original FL that she didn't realise that the original FL happy ending includes her not the ML. Her subordinate like her and the "suspense" is just people knowing that she has changed although it has been 3-4 years already which it is brought up

If you like red flag ML than this is for you as the most craziest person it the ML is the when there's perfectly healthy choice. The FL will be unable to do anything against the ML despite being capable as she needs to be helpless while the ML smirk and find her amusing.
