Move the recommendation spread out of the "See more" section

If I want to see stuff like the name of the author, how many chapters a complete series has or links to official translations, I don't want to get flashbanged with a ginormous section shoving "recommendations" in my face. Please move it out of where it is right now.

Yes, I know I can block it with an adblocker/Brave.

Heads up, it doesn't work all the time. It'll pop up on a series from time to time, and go away on a page refresh. Could be there's more then one specific line of script that's serving it up.

are you on the latest filter version? and what's your browser + viewport? you can just give me a https://www.whatsmybrowser.org link
there was a problem like that because uBlock sometimes didn't detect the synopsis, but I thought updating the selector fixed it.

Rather than making a new thread, I've voted and joined this one to voice my concerns over the new recommendations feature.

1) Like those before me in this thread, I ask that recommendations be limited to just the recommendations tab if one is on a manga's page. It is distracting for me each time I am suddenly show recommendations. What's more, unsolicited recommendations aren't much different from ads that go "You like X so check out A, B, C as well!" Supporters at the least should have the option to have these not be present outside of the recommendations tab.

2) Reduce the word "Recommendations" on the recommendations tab to "Recs". "Recommendations" is long and takes up a large portion of the "[Chapters][Comments][Art][Recommendations]" line.

Just to make sure everyone in the thread knows to do this, there's a button to the right of the OP to vote the topic up, and I can only assume that this helps bring the thread to the attention of the site devs and gives them an indication of how much it reflects the desires of the community.

100%. Someone with a bad idea just ran with it and had zero interest in an actual good user experience.

The recommendations section on the main page and on every title page already makes using the site worse, and to top it off, they don't even apply the tag/genre filters so you get bombarded with things you probably already weren't interested in seeing in the first place.

That's why I used Brave browser's content filter to block all of the recommendation nonsense from the main page too.

I don't even understand why they added a recommendations section. I absolutely do not need or want an algorithm to recommend things to me; I'd rather ask here or friends, or just search for what I'd be interested in myself.
