Official free sites are notorious for being :

1. Region locked.
2. Hard to navigate.
3. Time limited.
4. Account access only.
5. Mobile/PC only,not both.
6. Badly translated.
7. Any combo of the above.
8. All of the above.

Same applies to paid onlince services too.

Mangadex itself is full of holes.

Yet the even more chaotic aggregators sometimes have less holes in them,and with so many,the loss of one or a few is merely a speck.
