I have no sympathy whatsoever for this so-called king. The guy wanted power so desperately he cheated an innocent woman from finding happiness with the man she loved and ended up betraying the one woman who loved him above everything else. He could've avoided all of this tragedy, but I guess power is just something that drives people to do crazy things. My heart genuinely broke for the first queen in this chapter. She just wanted a happy family and that was it. I understand her anger in the king bringing back another woman. Her actions of abuse were not okay though. She was a flawed person who just wanted her family to come out fine in the middle of this complicated relationship she was now having with her husband and this other woman. I also feel bad for the second queen. She deserved to be happy, but similar to the first queen she found herself in danger for wanting to protect her family (in this case it was their children). Still, her revenge is essentially what drove her insane and that was just a sad sight to see. I'm glad the king lost someone precious to him. Now he knows what the second queen felt when her loved one died. The first queen's final words were deep and I'm sure they tortured him relentlessly. Having to see the one you love die in front of you while they tell you they never want to love you again must be hard, but honestly, I don't feel bad for him. His actions of toying with their hearts were not okay and if this was the outcome of it all, then I'm fine with it.

I pity the second Queen the most. When she has no memories of the guys she was abused, when she recalls the guy is already dead, and now the son is a monster.
