I know it's implied Kokote and Alice would wind up together when Alice would finally get the guts to tell her friend how she feels, but it would have been nice to get at least some closure for those two.
And I know the MC is a coward, but it seems a bit unfitting to have Madeleine say that when the entire plot revolved around the fact that she was an even bigger coward.
Anyway, this was nice. Both main characters were portrayed as people, while in most yuri manga the girl with the lightest hair color is usually portrayed as a confident superhuman who is always happy and who has all the answers to life. That this is not the case in this manga is sadly very rare and thus very special and commendable.

I take the Oneshot as the best story, there is no unnecessary drama, and it is obvious that Yagi loves the other streamer, the other two were only to unnecessarily lengthen the story.

Yagi seemed too stupid to me, too stupid for a nerdy and weird girl, she got carried away by the harem and hurt her friend, she deserved a little scare so that she learned the lesson, and she didn't even finish with the other girl super stalker? and we didn't know if Alice made her move? ... it was better to leave the story as Oneshot, they only killed the feeling that the previous story leaves you.

wait, we don't get to see Alice claim victory or Koko have an absolute crashout?
geez, yea everyone else is right. the payoff for all that mess was just taking the vagueness and making it concrete, which is nice but there were many paths that could have gotten us there
