This is an old question, but Vivian is the "visored queen" of a kingdom called Aurolia. In that role, she leads a highly regimented and heavily monitored royal life to which she does not seem well suited (to say the least).

However, since "there is hardly anyone who knows her real face," she is able to disguise herself simply by removing her visored helmet. In that disguise, she sneaks out of the castle when possible and pretends to be an adventurer named Claria.

If I was Vivian, I'd have that maid Ruba slap herself silly, then put her to the gallows. It's a typical trope for these maids to be all sulky, tsundere, strict and straight, but they forget they're actually dealing with a queen, someone so so much higher in stature than them. It's not their place to monitor, much less command the queen on anything (referring to her denying the queen going out during the morning dressing)
