The only raws I could find online were the two volumes (last chapter: 12). To translate chapters 13-14, someone would need to track down the issues of the magazine and digitize them.

Edit: Allegedly "The Complete Manga Collection" version by Seven Seas contains such chapters. The Seven Seas version i read (and that can be easily found online) was previous the two-volume release. When i get my hands on the complete version i will reply here.
