aight. bit of a weird question, but out of all diferent verses, which one do you guys think has the strongest average humans (as in, the entire race, not just a random guy who trained sumer hard) and inversly, which one has given the most potential to regular humans in general.

One punch man random man can turn into city leveling monster

There is guy who were playing internet too much he became monster. Some random guy doing normal routine can beat monster & alien being (Saitama & Dark alloy).

Baki would probs have to get a good mention as well, considering that most fodder tier people in that verse often boast about being expert in at least 1 field of martial arts/being an Olympic level athlete.

Hokuto No Ken, it's the answer. In this manga, even the common man you see when you walk in the street is more muscular than a bodybuilder, especially at the end of the manga.

Jo Jo. Every person around the street has six-packs, yes even Jolie.
also, everyone is really damn resistant and heals pretty fast, considering stands don't directly buff the user's durability and the fact that even I. parts where the group didn't have any healer or a good healer, they still were in perfect condition after a few days.

They die easily too, they are "sent off" next season. I guess having a perfect body means you are fragile like glass lol. Better have a sturdy fat bastard body, and last till 100's.

skyrim has probs even stronger, since envounters directly scale based on your level.
skyrim has tons of DLCs that are more enjoyable compared to Fallout, because of replay value. E.g., challenge Umbra at Level 1. Use Goblin Totem Staff at Level 1.

actually during part 3 specifically, there's only like 3 non vampire enemy stand users that die, one being an old assassin at the start cause his stand was directly killed, the other being the orangutan cause he was left out in the middle of the sea with a beat up raft and the third one being iirc the sailor dude who also drowned.

special mention to steely Dan who got a 3 page Ora (iirc it was at least an extremely severe beating) and still survived.
