Are there any series about deception-based "NTR"?

First off note the quotes. I added the quotes to make it clear that I'm not asking specifically or exclusively about stuff in the "Mature" category (AKA hentai). I'm ok with examples in that category, but I'm also completely fine with stuff outside. Basically, I'm looking for stuff where a guy's significant other or mutual crush is taken from him through some kind of deception or uncorrected misunderstanding. I've seen one or two hentai like this, where a girl is convinced that her boyfriend said or did something (like maybe revealing things about their relationship they promised to keep secret) that convinces her to leave him or something like that. The best example I know of in general though is a non-hentai series (one which doesn't actually reach the deception reveal until a point in the novel after the manga's end.
The series is called Ryuusa no Ori. In the story, the guy is in a school that focuses on various powers. The MC entered the school with his two childhood friends, one a boy and the other his girlfriend. He specifically entered to accompany his girlfriend as she pursued her dream, but while his childhood friends and his girlfriend in particular excelled and flourished, his power quickly hit a wall and he wound up an outcast, hated not only for his poor grades but for the audacity of the worst student to date the school's top. Then one day the hate skyrocketed as rumors spread that he was cheating on her, and soon after his girlfriend furiously dumped him after claiming to have caught him in the act. She soon after started dating the guy's other childhood friend.

It's later revealed that this other childhood friend had illusion powers, and had used these powers to make out with various girls while made to look like the main character, first to spread rumors and then to get the girlfriend to catch it. He'd wanted the girl for the longest time and couldn't stand that "his" girl was dating a loser like that. The ex-girlfriend was never willing to go beyond handholding though, and things come to a head when the guy finally snaps and tries to force things, at which point the main character manages to stop the situation and later both reveal the deception and ultimately defeat the bastard. Unfortunately by this point the guy had a large harem of potential love interests and a specific girl he was interested in, so even when some time later his ex comes to him and admits that she does still love him it's made clear that it'll take hard work for her to even gain a real position at the very bottom of the list of romantic candidates.

Have seen quite a few banished from the party fantasy stories have this topic.

Unfortunately I don't remember off the top of my head, since it is so common in banished stories. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
That's fine. I've also wanted to find/make a list of "Banished" stories, because I love those but I'm pretty sure I've only seen part of them. For one thing, I know I haven't seen any where the whole thing was a result of deliberate deception, except maybe I Left My A-Rank Party, but that one didn't have an active love interest in the separated party and the one individual who does eventually become a love interest never bought the leader's attempts to diminish the MC's work. I'd love to see some like that, I particularly love "banished" stories that depart from the most standard path somehow.

Reminds me though that I'd heard somewhere about at least one story similar to that. I don't remember where I saw it discussed, but I remember even the person who posted about it didn't remember the name and never mentioned how things go within the story. The gist was that a guy was kicked out of his party and the other guy in the party seduced all the girls who had probably liked the MC before. He'd developed a horrible reputation largely due to lies the other guy spread about him, which apparently also played a huge role in the girls abandoning the MC for this guy. I recall he ended up telling his replacement that if any of the rumors are true, it's his tendency to frequent brothels, only the reason he did this was because the rest of the party were always loudly getting it on at night and he needed to get away from it.

Well, one has come out, though not on MD. It's a hentai manga and starts in high school (unclear which year) so I'm not 100% sure whether MD would allow it if they did try to post it. It's called "Kimi no Subete o Ubau Made" or "Until I Take Everything From You". Almost didn't read it because the title sounded ominous, and I really wasn't ever able to read more than a little bit at a time because this one is BRUTAL on its dark side, brutal enough there's a lot I don't think I'd be able to read again. However, the climax and follow-up were certainly happy, enough so that I actually shed a tear (I don't know, sometimes they come easy for me).
Like I said, it's a brutal series. It starts out with a typical NTR bit. A kind, gentle but plain boy named Haruto grew up next door to a girl named Hina. She always wanted to spend the happy times with him, and whenever she was upset she'd go to him and he'd make her feel better. He was sure that one day their feelings would meet. Then one day he saw her making out with his "friend" Reiji, who then took her back to her house and did her in her room, with the blinds open, where Haruto could see everything. At first it's very much a painful standard, with him insisting "as long as she's smiling, even if she's with someone else". Before long though he sees more and more looks of pain on her face. Eventually she takes Haruto to a park and tells him she's dating Reiji and asks him how things are going with a girl Rena, who she apparently thinks he's dating. She's happy to hear him say she can rely on him, but when she gets back home there's Reiji, who's more than a little abusive. Ultimately it turns out that she always liked Haruto but Reiji told her Haruto's dating Rena, bragged about how great they were doing, and deliberately broke her down. She started dating Reiji to try and move on, but grew to hate herself more and more the more she did with Reiji, which she then tried to forget by drowning herself in pleasure. She basically reached a point where she'd obey any "request" he gave no matter how degrading, all to forget that the boy she loves is "dating" someone else and forget how tainted and "unworthy" of love she herself has become. This continues until she overhears Reiji bragging to a friend (while doing said friend's girlfriend) about how much Hina and Haruto loved each other, how fun it was to take advantage of Haruto's hesitation and convince Hina that he was taken, how he'd broken her down, posted videos of their first time online, even sent pics and vids to Haruto, etc. (this part, ch. 3, is not translated). Haruto finds Hina just stumbling down the road broken by all this, endures her screams and insults as she tries to convince him to give up on her, and ultimately holds her tight. They talk later in her room until Reiji shows up again demanding that Hina come back to her, so Haruto goes out to hold him off and gets beaten until he can't even stand. He's horrified when Hina steps out following Reiji's request, only for her to smash Reiji's junk in with a hammer. The rest of the fourth chapter shows them healing up and working to get into college, neither quite ready to start dating since they have their exams to worry about along with the need to heal both physically and emotionally, but they share their love for each other after graduation and finally are able to laugh and smile together as a couple. The following chapters are a bit of an emotional roller coaster as the wounds of the past are indeed hard to heal (honestly irl therapy would be an absolute must, probably for both of them), but it ends with a wedding, Hina discovering she's pregnant, and the author deciding it'd be funny to have Haruto declare that he knows the answer but it's basically a trope in such series to ask whether the baby's his (at which point she knocks out a few of his teeth).

So in short, in this case the "deception" is an awful bastard who likes to play with people's hearts telling a girl that her shy beloved childhood friend is dating another girl, and using this lie to convince her to date him as a "replacement" before manipulating her to fall further and further. It's heartbreaking, but has a conclusion that can certainly be very satisfying for those with the stomach to reach it.
