You are right on mark, while Gamin and his mom tried to protect Hankyung from Anti the mom got pushed in the glass windows of the shop and got hurt badly, her head had some glass pieces in it and it was bleeding soooo... yeah its shown in next chapter, I feel really bad for whats gonna happen to her
