[Sub-Discussion thread] HelpMeFind/Sauce and Recommendations

Add discussion threads "HelpMeFind" (or "Sauce Hunt" or something) and "Recommendations" in Manga (maybe Anime too, don't really need it there rn though) to weed out those posts so I can see some actual discussion posts about manga...
