Based on what i know from few flashback chapter, i tried to pin point their exact age.

Chronologically, suu is 2-3 Times older than Mio, cause he already reverts Twice before he met her. Biologically, based on chapter 11, he is 2 years older than Mio by the time they met. Because suu's mom said that she's 2 grade bellow him in primary school. She's in her 4th grade, so suu's age reverts is should be equals to the 6th grader (12-13 yo). Assuming they move imidiately after he reverts of course. Few chapters back, he said that he reverts everytime he's turned 23, so her age is should be 20-21 Yo. This is 10 years later, so the age gap Should be 8 years, she's 30 - 31 when suu's turned 23 again.

However i found some plot hole, when Mio and suu visited grandma's (suu's mom) grave in earlier chapter, Mio said that it's been 7 years since she and suu's got together. Assuming that she meant it's been 7 years since she and suu's started dating, then it should've meant 6 years had pass since he reverts for the 3rd time. Cause when the foggy day he said "it's my first present for you" in their 1st anniversary, and we know it's their 1st anniversary cause he ask her out 1 year after he started working on the restaurant, and the reverts happened in his 2nd year of working. If his reverts age is equal to 6th grader, than he Should've been 18 - 19 Yo by the time the story started. Wich is definitely too old to become a member of primary school baseball team.

If those 7 years means that the amount of time she and suu knows each other, that also doesn't add up. Cause 23 - 7 = 16, wich is far too old for a 6th grader. But if that 7 years means the amount of time pass since suu's mom death, Mio said that his mom died on his 3rd year of middle school, it also doesn't add up because then he supposed to be 14 at the time, cause japanese kid got into high school at 15 or just after they turned 15.

So i think the most logical answer to this problem lies on the translation. The seventh years is not the time suu and Mio were together, but the amount of time passes since his mother death. And the 3rd year is not suu's 3rd year in middle school, But her 3rd year in middle school. Since he's supposed to be 2-3 years older, then she's suppose to be 14 Yo when his mother died, so it more make sense that way.

Well, that is my conclusion. If you think about it there's several plot hole in the story regarding the characters age progression. So my opinion that could be because the translation or the author's poor planning on the story board.
