Kind of hope they properly report this to the police, since he literally records the evidence of his crimes proving it was defense and she was in a deteriorated state of mind (purposely on his part), but clearly they wont, and it will be the driving plot behind the rest of the story.

i just hope this doesn't turn into some goofy mystery manga where someone randomly snatches his cameras to protect him and now we gotta figure out who's the new evildoer woooooooooo

Hell, there's at least weeks of evidence in video form and on the dark web that it'd only get worse. your co-worker has scars all over her body. Aki may not even be the first victim and he laid his whole plan clear (maybe even on camera) that he's just gonna lure more people in if not stopped.
