[suggestion] Allow to show filtered chapters

More than once I ended up in manga/manhua/manwa page with the notice: "There are no chapters in your selected language", sometimes I just wanna see what the art looks like, but it takes a while to change filter settings all over again.

I'd like to see a button/link with the "show/hide others language chapters" option.
