Feels like this missed a chance to make use of it's modern setting to crate modern "adventurers" that explore dungeons using modern tactics and weaponry instead of the usual fantasy weapons.

Then again, MC is just your overused flat shounen MC. It'll be boring either way.

Blonde main character appears to look way girly, just sayin'. And another thing: blonde-haired optimistic/naive guy and a black-haired stoic/jaded guy, now where have I seen that before? 🤔

Yeaaaaah, no way they're not going to be like "hey, blonde character is a chick" later. Too many hints towards that ontop of the more rounded face.

It's standard shounen fate that wrapped up too quickly and leaves things open ended.

There were some nice moments here and there though.
