Woah what’s the source on that image?
I... unfortunately don't know...
I saw on twitter one time and I thought it was funny, so, I saved

Nevermind, I found it. It's from "Tai-Ari deshita.: Ojou-sama wa Kakutou Game nante Shinai" or "GGWP. ~Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games~"

"From now on, we grow up and become adults together. We walk through life together"

Yeah, that hurt me like nothing else these past months. I will never have that.
Nah wtf is with this shitty mindset. You can and you will, it will take time and effort but you will improve yourself and you will reach a point where you are satisfied with yourself, from there you can seek this kind of thing

Why is it labelled chapter 56 in the actual chapter itself? Just curious
Because that's the actual number in the magazine raws, whereas the numbering on the site is based on what it would be in the volume releases.

Eh, Kaede didn't return any of her hugs. Tsk.

Boy, didn't she just say "...when we're married?" - he's not the only one thinking of marriage even though they're still a newly minted couple.

Anyway, the saving grace of this chapter for me is all of this almost unabashed marriage talk. It's so cute especially because they didn't even try to backtrack on it like "it's way too early to think about that!" which is how it would normally go. Maybe because they're so deeply in love they're receptive to the idea. And I also liked how he reflexively broke his own dumb rule not to hug her back when she was cold (because he's afraid of getting a boner, like a teenage boy his age does).

"We walk through life together."

Do it. Don't back out on this sleepover invite. Sometimes, it's better to regret doing something than regret not doing anything. It doesn't even need to mean doing lewd things. If he says no he'll never get that "actually wholesome sleepover at her house before we started high school" experience even if he wanted to because time never stops for anybody.
