a lot of wasted potential here for him letting her know he can see her, maybe even in multiple stages. that's basically the whole hook of the manga. how do you just not deliver  anything on that?

I’m seeing a general consensus in the comments which I agree with; that the ending is rushed and feels improper and I have to agree. He got the girl but never told her of the experiences he’s known about nor did he ever really have to try to get with her since she’s conveniently next to him as he comes to realization.

over all feels like the B ending to a game, not as good as the A ending but not as fucked as the C ending.

Agreed, I kind of just hate tsunderes in general though. I would even rather read a story about a girl who genuinely disliked the mc, and gradually grew to like him.
