The skill they know about doesn't even work on slimes most of the time, MC's skill works on people, and probably even boss monsters. The receptionist wrote that skill off, thinking it was the common version of Domination.

Edit: If I had to guess, it will turn out that regular taming skills make the tamed monsters into equipment, so it just counts as the tamer making those kills, but the MC is Dominating his slimes, and probably those thugs from before, so they just give him their exp, and then as he get's stronger they get stronger.
But then if they are giving away the exp they won’t be getting stronger, and that is a whole new hole of now the world working with the idea of xp transfer and how monsters giving xp can now be multiplied. In that case parties should be able to powelevel one person, no? By your thought as well, equipment shouldn’t mean that more xp is being granted given the system and how it is laid out so far. If equipment is accruing its own exp then this multiplication effect should be seen all over the place. Despite all of that, thinking that a person with the skill wouldn’t try over and over in this world if the skill is all they have to their name also makes little sense. People by nature would be testing the limits of the skill, so now there would need to be more in the story about how understanding skills works and where that information gets revealed and who has access to it. Legit trying to justify it makes more problems and that’s not good.

I'm saying other people don't get a multiplication effect. When partied up the xp probably gets shared, and at most there's a bit of a bonus based on the number of participants, but the MC is getting the whole amount transferred back to him, and the girl is getting a cut of this larger pool. We're going by the numbers she gave, but she might not be all that reliable, it's possible that she's getting like a 20% cut of everything being killed by the slimes and the douchebags that tried to rape her, and it just seems to her like her faulty math is right.

As for why his monsters can get stronger without keeping any of their xp, it's because he is getting stronger, and it's the added strength of his version of Domination amplifying their power. He's like a demon lord, the stronger he gets, the stronger the boosting effect he gives his subordinates.

All of that is unsupported and still doesn’t make sense. If a monster is giving 100 xp then everyone should only be getting that 100 xp. Regardless of the amount in the party that number should not be changing. “The whole amount” should only be 100 and the writing in the story has not justified for a moment why that isn’t so. Also nothing has been said about the owner being stronger somehow making his owned monsters stronger. If they aren’t retaining xp, then they aren’t leveling and should be weak. Like I said this just isn’t good writing and thinking about it reveals other issues. We haven’t seen anything about the monsters keeping or giving xp and if something like that was happening you’d think that in the world it would appear somewhere else.

We're using the number 100 xp because the girl believes it works that way, but if it worked that way, the goons that probably taught her that, would be keeping all the newbies they robbed in the party instead of killing them.

Statuses seem inconsistent. Last chapter Makoto's status showed lvl 16, here she says she was 14 and only levelled up to 16 together with Harushige.
Also the slimes' skill list last chapter lacked Charge.

Dear author, keeping these statuses straight is the bare minimum you should do.
