It wasn't even a tragic relationship. Wtf. So their relationship just didn't work out. So what. It was the girl who broke up with him and it was pretty clear she didn't even air out her grievances to make the relationship work. Just selfishly pushing her love onto him thinking just maybe he'll understand what love is? And all of that was apparently warranted him getting permanently turned into a cat and getting neutered?? This is so insane!

Am I supposed to be siding with the witch here? Since the author is apparently trying to now since cat-boy is feeling guilty for "hurting" his girlfriend. Fuck that shit. Hell no. I refuse to even think the witch was ever in anyway justified in doing this. I won't even feel satisfied even if cat-boy gets the curse lifted and falls in love until I see the witch burn and suffer for treating a human life so flippantly. And yes, this includes the blondie dude's life too since he almost got cursed for no other reason than getting in her way.

The side plot is unnecessary. It turns out the witch is just a deranged literal who that has no direct relation with the main pair. Instead of getting more character depth for the blonde boy (Hyunsoo), the author wrote about a meddlesome bitch and her lover that dumped the cat boy.

Also, it needs a Drama tag, and definitely not Comedy.

I like the webtoon, but seriously, fuck this bitch.

She turned him into an animal and tried to have him castrated. WTFFFFFFF!?!?!?! Psycho.

It feel like the author is trying to do an about face to make her seem less like an absolute monster, but bullshit.

Again, I like the main characters, but it rankles that pink hair is likely gonna get away scot-free.

This is one of the dumbest reasons for turning a guy into a cat and almost castrating him.

In a lot of those face-slapping/vengeful lover stories (e.g. cheating men must die), we usually root for those who were hurt by the relationship, but the reason it seems wrong here is b/c the guy literally did nothing wrong. Like sure maybe he shouldn’t have gotten into the relationship with the ex, but he didn’t cheat on her or abuse her. He just wasn’t ready. So, yeah. The witch is super petty and unjustified.

So the girl the witch loves was dating him because he reminded her of herself and her hurt and then got hurt because she couldn't fix him and broke up with him. The witch, instead of properly helping the girl she loves realise that dating people to fix them isn't healthy and to accept what happened and encourage her to learn from this and move on, calls the guy the worst and claims it's all his fault and even curses the guy and was planning to have him hurt even more... The witch seems very toxic & very frustrating to deal with, she's even willing to curse someone else just because he loves the guy she cursed.

With this mentality if the witch manages to date the girl and things don't work out well I won't be surprised if she curses her too and blames everything on others.

She has no excuses. I agree with a lot of the comments down there.
