He says he got another skill, but it's not explained and his status was left untranslated.
In case anyone else was curious, according to Google, the first line is the skill we know about, "creation of all things," and the second line just means "everything," but is written in a way you'd only see in Buddhist scripture (
source). The best western/Christian equivalent I can come up with might be "all of creation," which admittedly does seem fitting for this story.
Hopefully the skill will be explained better later.
