This story reminds me of the Drawing story. In that one the MC is supposed to be this down on his luck creative manga artist/author. His magic is limited to his imagination and he just does the same fantasy stuff that everyone uses. Which makes sense since the dude's manga work keeps failing to achieve any success before he got isekaied. But it still gets so boring to read.Mc had so many potentials with his ability and the only thing limiting his ability is the author himself/herself. Like what do you mean you can't create sands spikes(to stabs his enemies from wherever he wants) ? sandstorm(to blinds your enemies) ? what about quicksand(drown your enemies in sands) ? or just straight up fill your enemies lungs with sands ?
.
.
it's not like he's weak or whatsoever, he's just lack creativity, and wasted it.

This is a major downside of shonen manga. I already get annoyed with hero characters who, when they die, somehow come back to life right away. Now I get really irritated by villains who commit all kinds of atrocities, and yet the heroes still avoid killing them.
But after all these years reading manga, this kind of behavior from heroes is more or less what I expect. And even when the MC does kill a villain, I immediately start expecting that the villain didn’t really die. When he actually does die for real, that’s when I’m genuinely surprised, and the manga earns a lot of points with me.
Nah, if you engage you always kill everyone. Anyone that says otherwise reads too many fantasy novels.Nah, there are still some situations where the warning shot is a valid choice because it counts as, or at least trying, diplomacy.
…no one pointed out that it literally is?Is his name written on it or something? It's not, is it!
