As someone said over there, smoking is really unhealthy and expensive. Series is just about two people, a salesman Sasaki and a girl that works in a station supermarket, having daily casual conversations while smoking. There's barely any plot development. It's just about enjoying the conversations. If you don't like such type of spending time, you probably better not read.
At the same time, this series can make you happy... After a shitty day a new chapter of this series is what my brain needs.
