We're speaking in English, and as a matter of fact, in English, the word "transgender" does not mean the same thing as "transvestite," which is the similar looking word that actually means "someone who dresses in the clothes of another sex". And if someone wanted to rent a "transgender boyfriend", it would not be a man dressed in woman's clothes that they would get, but an AFAB person dressed in men's clothes, because he'd be a trans man. A translation is a translation, not a transcription. Even if the original author made a mistake in the description, you don't have to recreate it, and in fact should not, because that serves zero purpose except to make both the translator and the author look ignorant.

So the "Transgender = A man wears female clothing" part of the description is definitely a mistranslation or incorrect assumption, give the latest updates, right? Because the actual comic content has turned out to be far better and more accurate than the description makes it sound like it would be, properly representing a "transgender boyfriend" as a trans man, not someone dressed in female clothing at all.
