I find the fact that they call the dragon ogre race the dragul race funny. Because “dragul” is the Romanian word for “darling” (“the dear” would be a more direct translation). Dracul would make more sense because it means “the devil” but in the past it used to mean “the dragon”. But it would probably confuse most people into thinking he’s a vampire or something so I understand that (Dracula means “the son of the dragon” in case you were wondering). Plus you’d probably want to fantasy-ify the words some so they probably changed it slightly and incidentally it happened to be another word.
It’s surprising applicable because ogre usually translates to oni in Japanese which also means demon. And considering fl and ml’s growing relationship that means dragon, devil, and darling can all be applicable.
