Like some others, I was amused by the chapter as a follow up to my doubts from the end of the last one.
But for a number of people who are complaining about the lack of sexual dimorphisim, it appears they haven't witnessed several works on dwarves. In some depictions, dwarves also look the same, and in at least two works, (Tolkien's dwarves for one, Pratchett's for another), dwarf women have a similar appearance, including clothing and beards.
