I wonder if manga cafes are really that easy to set up. It seems like no time had passed at all since last chapter. I guess you really just need to put up some temporary walls, put down some padding on the ground and then hook up the computers.

Even if it really happens IRL, I dont think that happens in this manga. At least for the three.

Which Street Children? The ones in the manga or the real ones in Japan? Sutochiru is a real phenomenon in Japanese society where girls as young as 14 run away from home and their family either don't care or are embarrassed by the situation and simply don't report it to the authorities. The real-life Sutochiru do engage in enjo-kosai all the time because that's basically their only possible source of income.
