I just noticed tayama/yamada has a mole on her neck, if it wasn't already obvious enough for sasaki, also sasaki reminds of sasaki from sasaki and peeps for obvious reasons.

The black company thing is of course real, but is getting scolded by clients a real thing too? Aren't Japanese supposed to be patient and understanding, or are they all secretly yakuza-like on their hone side.
