My first experience with this author was Half & Half, which gave me a good impression, despite its short timespan. I started reading this because it seemed like it was early on in the author's work, with possible references in others. Like... other stuff was referencing Suzuka in the description, so I was like, 'okay, I'll read Suzuka'.
