Been seeing this as inevitable, ever since they started this relationship, as I keep saying. The guy, only now, reflects on his own feelings, after she breaks up with him. Because she realizes he doesn't love her as much as he does Suzuka, even if he didn't realize it himself. Sure, he definitely did care about her at times, but... it just wasn't as strong as the connection he shared with Suzuka, and honestly never was going to be.
Now ... he better spend some time thinking and reflecting on his own feelings more properly. Realize those feelings for Suzuka, and, when the time is right, pursue her seriously again. It'd be a bit wrong to try and bounce straight to chasing her again so soon after breaking up with Honoka, to be honest.
