He really does need to learn some chill and compassion, I feel. She's hurting, and he seems to have some idea why, but him just pushing against her suffering ... it feels a bit much, but I guess the effects should be apparent in the next chapters. It's not like she's going to hate him forever over these things- it's obvious she does care about him, so it's not like she doesn't necessarily appreciate the kiss, or his concern. She said outright she's on the verge of admitting her feelings for him (but with the awkwardness of this translation). Her grief-stricken self is just fighting furiously to push him away, out of fear of history repeating itself. Yes, it's been two years... but it's also only been two years. When it comes to loss, that can feel like it just happened yesterday, depending on context, and she's being given an excessive amount of reminders of that time.
