I found this translated to english on other manga websites, is there a legal issue with the author, or like somebody can't just upload a translation they did not make themselves? Im not sure if its that easy to get ahold of the other translators.

Sorry for the absence. I suppose y'all deserve an explanation, so here is what happened. When we were doing this one, we actually were working on 10 chapters but then we got sniped while we were working on chapter 8. We still released the chapter but I guess after being sniped we got a bit demoralized since they surpassed us by quite a bit. However, I've decided that I'll upload the remaining chapters up until the haitus point, which is chapter 46. I think it'd only be fair, especially since this one had been inactive since 2019 until we had resurrected it with SAP and got the ball rolling again.

For those wondering, it seems like both the author and the artist for this series were ill. One of them was undergoing chemotherapy. They've said in the past week that they're returning to slowly work on the series.
