Seretina's mother locked her in the closet, which is a form of abuse. I can get why she chose a path of marrying her daughter off to a nobleman, but that is so boring.

It's amazing how the lame cheat-code isekai has everyone expecting her to be Superman on Day 1.
She's 10 and hasn't been able to train a single day in her life. What exactly is her past experience gonna change about that?
Let's also not forget that even if she were in peak health, her body structure is completely different from his old body, so he realistically would have to learn a new style of fighting anway. One that depends less on physical power.

But I am sure it will work out eventually anyway.

She does come to love the Duke, but as she was a commoner and entered the high circles, people looked down to her, because of her past as a mercenary, she developed a inferiority complex ... When her kids born, especially seretina, she wanted her to be the perfect lady, to compensate for her lack of "nobility"... She slap her because she saw herself in seretina and her inferiority complex kicked in

But also the running I’m pretty sure is mostly just from the shock?? Like sure, he’s been through war, but that was like a decade ago. That, plus a whole different environment and such. A slap (and violence in general) can hold both physical and emotional damage, and this is more so probably the latter. Seeing as how their current body is frail… It’d also obviously hurt more than it would if they were in their previous body.

Also just saw the other comment here also talking about this and they also said it pretty well, so imma leave it at that.

Pretty interesting plot overall though.
