I just hope for a story that begins straight from a young age or rebirth, where the MC is a lot more self-reflective and prepares for their sexual problems and worries and their thoughts are a little more human-like rather than OP-munchkin-martial-asura BS.

Maybe I should write it. Probably something like a reincarnated guy who is grateful to start the next life from birth, giving the maximum time of around 2 decades to slowly come to terms with their new body/existence and adjust to the fact that they no longer have anything of their past life.
