I am learning Japanese... also I did say in the first chapter that ritsuka=tachibana but if it is inconvenient I will use the name Ritsuka in future

Also some name can have different reading although they have the same kanji so it's best to follow the furigana provided, they're there so you won't get confused about how to read the kanji!!

I know you did, but there is no way that "Tachibana" is the correct reading given the furigana that were used. One doesn't even need to know how to read the kanji to know that "Ritsuka" is how her name should be read (the kanji does give context on what her name is supposed to mean, though).

Admittedly I was being harsh, but he also said that he saw errors in the first chapter that would be fixed in the next; it's not a good sign that one of the most basic issues - among others - persisted.

And I know quite a few Japanese words and kanji. Lol.

Putting a note on one page that Tachibana should be Ritsuka (actually, Rikka*), rather than just using Rikka, and then continuing to call her (which is a surname, not a given name) going forward is an odd decision.

*hard to tell つ from っ in furigana but Rikka is the only female given name reading for 立花 in JMnedict and an image from vol 3 makes it clearer:
