I kind of get the 4-page thing, if it's to try out whether it floats. That, or a promo for people to see, before they get into it.

Regardless, most of the "this is the setting" info came from the description, not the chapter itself. That's a bit... Unusual, at least for a serialized manga with 10 volumes available on Amazon.

For those who can't read hiragana, these say "Miku & Kana" and "Shimizu Nao".
Bit worrying when the translator can't read the equivalent of the alphabet in the language they're translating from. Not to mention the boy's name doesn't even match the manga description.
