Its texture very soft, mochi like.

I only knew about this one since I've had the triangular nama version when I visited Kyoto in the past. A bunch of shops hand out free samples on the way to "Kiyomizu-dera". So I did a double take when I saw "crispy cracker" describing something that was mochi-like and did some light googling.
Anyways, I appreciate all of your hard work and effort on the series nonetheless!![]()
