"Cheers"ing her past self was actually kind of bittersweet.
I know I definitely have done and experienced things as an adult that were mere pipe dreams for me as a child. There's a nostalgic melancholy to it; and sometimes it really misses the mark, because of how much The Thing was built up in my memories from Kid Me.
But every now and then, it still hits just right, and I can take solace that if time is in fact nonlinear and we all exist along every point of the fourth dimension simultaneously, then Past Me is right there with myself getting to have fun enjoying Red Vienna Sausages all the same.
Anyway thanks for the TL. Still immensely enjoyable, this series.
