It read to me like she was being intentionally vague. The reason it wasn't written more "you can get me home" in a friendly rather than flirty way was the use of the word もらう, which means to get someone to do something.

Himi seems into him, enough to keep coming back precisely because he is normal with her and of course teasing him is now fun. I feel like the one time he does take her seriously and make a move she will freak cause it will be outside what she has built up in her mind as "their dynamic."

That or some catalyst will make them cross a line closer than just open flirty banter on a Friday night. Either way, fun series and interested for more.

Yeah, agreed. The original also fit well with him saying "so... that means..." at the end. Leaving more up in the air and making it seem like he assumes he's getting an invite in or something, but I can also see where BeanBeanBean was coming from. But, it's changed now lol.
