I feel like it has a harem route built into Nakano route. Something tells me that she enjoys our girl being with other girls, but has a "reason" to leave. Probably to sort out conflicting feelings or arranged marriage. My only hope is that if it does head towards single girl route we see them develop their relationship but also see them the other girls develop so our MC has a chance of liking someone else
