@Loksel Well first off he was the one that said he could drink even tho his tolerance isn't as high as hers. Finally drank himself drunk and FL reprimanded him for him getting himself to that point. She takes him home and leads him on saying she's light headed from the smell of his room initiating the kiss and we go off from there.

I don't really think it's assault except maybe the kiss but it's not completely obvious who started that
