It's such a bad idea imo to have a harem manga with kinda slice of life comedy vibes without even an erotica tag yet most if not all of the girls are prostitutes? Imagine how ridiculous it is that the MC won't get any action from the love interests anytime soon yet they're banging old men left and right. I'd even say this is worse than NTR mangas in a way, at least their authors are honest with their kink

I'm pretty sure I have read this same plot line in a Korean and a Chinese toons. In both, the protagonist ain't this much of a wuss. The Korean one, the protag has to work up the courage to take that step and once he does he becomes a full on stag. Chinese protags is born a stag. Japanese authors seems to enjoy NTR.
