Wild Gard, wild gard... WILD GARD! I really hope in universe there is some sort of hard-boiled anime that's called 'Wild Gard' like that poster, because I for some reason find spelling'card' as 'gard' hilarious.

What's funny is that you can see in the original pre-serialized version that it says Wild Card like normal, so this was a conscious choice. Meaning you're probably right and that the implication is that there is a show called Wild Gard and that it isn't a typo.
