Just in case anyone wasn't aware, this series has been (effectively) complete for a few years, with the webcomic version ending at chapter 126.

This version, the manga version, ends at chapter 110. So you will always have to switch to the web version to finish reading the rest of it no matter what. It's cool to get an English scanlation of the manga though, I just read through the raws the other week!

Sequel is in permanent hiatus because the mangaka got more engagement from making het. Not sure if Yuri fans failed him or it's conspiracy with the algorithm but either way his Yuri works just dont get the numbers

they are extremely similar. the early chapters were significantly expanded and redrawn for the manga, but starting around chapter 66 the only difference is that the drawings are sketches in the webcomic versus finished in the manga. regardless, chapters 111-126 do not exist in the manga version because it ends with volume 4

It's been a couple years since I read both so maybe I'm wrong but I believe they are pretty similar.
