anyone else feel like this series is going a bit downhill lately?

mostly the last few chapters, i feel like the mom's actions are just crazy abnormal...like who tells their daughter to bathe together with someone they just met? why push them together so much when you barely know the random girl you just met?

i guess most of the earlier content isnt all that realistic either but the mom is just excessively unrealistic and im kind of disappointed about it
