It's been a year since I last read this. Which one should I read, this (Webcomic) or the serialized one? Is the story the same? Or are they both separate canon?

The serialization is literally the same story almost panel for panel, as well as the art. It's like a copy paste but with some extra scenes that give context to some of the single extra chapters. Some of the chapters have been extended.

So is this version still continuing, alongside the serialization? I thought usually the webcomic ends if it gets properly serialized.
