Ah... I thought she was a child inside the body of a woman (meaning she'd have a mental age much younger than her chronological age), but I guess, what she has, in fact, is mental difficulties... I pity her now.

Also, the writing and the art both make me believe this is comedy without any seriousness, dropped.
